Olive leaves are said to protect our bodies from beasties like weight gain, high cholesterol, \u0026amp; diabetes. Although we can't claim to cure those things, we put our intentions into it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis sauce also highlights Oregon apricots and Aji Amarillio Peppers grown by our friends at Westwind Organic Gardens.
